Skinnylicious Veggie Pizza
Ingredients
~Whole wheat dough or flat outs (I used whole wheat tortilla because that's what I had but I had to use a fork and knife to eat)
~ bell peppers of your choice
~ portobello mushrooms
~turkey sausage or turkey pepperoni
~low fat skim mozzarella
~Parmesan cheese
~tomato sauce
~ olive oil ( optional)
~ Italian spices (I used an Italian blend, oregano and basil)
~red chili flakes
I spread the tomato sauce evenly around the dough of your choice. Leave a 1/2 inch border if you want to brush it with evoo and sprinkle Italian seasoning on the border which will be your crust (I skipped this step). I seasoned the sauce with spices and the topped with about a 1/2 cup skim mozzarella and parm chz. I had sautéed my veggies, turkey sausage and shrooms before hand so the were soft but you can all stir them in a light coating of evoo and season with a dash of salt and pepper and that will help them be softer during baking process. Spread veggies, shrooms and turkey sausage evenly on pizza. Add some chili flakes. I baked on 350 till the cheese was melted. Fresh dough you can cook on 500 till cheese is melted. Yum!!!!

Turkey Thai Lettuce Wrap
Peppers
Onion
Fish sauce
Low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos
Fresh or ground ginger
Red chili flakes
Portobello mushrooms (optional)
Romaine leaf lettuce.
First brown the ground turkey and drain the fat. Turn stove to lower setting and Add onions, peppers and mushrooms. Season with remaining seasoning and add a few dashes of soy sauce and keep adding dashes if soy sauce as your stir. I pre make the meat for the week so I can have a quick lunch or snack whenever I need. Enjoy!!!
